REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • The product you received is different from what you ordered.

  • The product does not match the description or images provided on our website.

 

Refunds are not applicable if:

  1. The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

 

  • The product is marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

  • The return request is initiated after the return period has expired.

  • The product is not returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at westfashionhubofficial@gmail.com or 6009800668 within 2 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if defective or incorrect item received).

  3. Approval & Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address.

  4. Product Inspection: After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.

  5. Refund Processed: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase:

Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-7 business days

  • UPI & Wallet Payments: 3-5 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer (as per customer preference).

 

Exchange Option

If you prefer, you can opt for an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
